The only issue I encountered to this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't movable. Although you can change the mopping cloth (if needed) but it's a challenge to take off the mount itself to wash it manually. I've noticed that any carpet that the robot touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener on mounts, which could cause scratches.
The S8 Pro Ultra has a number of smart features that include support for Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Siri. The Roborock app lets you manage and configure these features. It also includes maps and advanced mopping options. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings, track the life of batteries and maintenance on components. However, you'll have to go through a few hurdles to enable voice control on this model, which is a shame considering the quality of its performance.
